And happiness isn’t permanent either. Even with really positive self-talk, you won’t be happy 24/7, and that is okay. Work on changing your outlook and also don’t be afraid to ask for help. Having bad days is normal, but if the good days become rare you should definitely seek help. Happiness should be truly attainable and not wishful thinking. You deserve it!
